Company Policy

• The company does not have any responsibility or liability for any data loss (such as website source code, database dumps, etc.) due to the client’s failure of paying annual billings of cloud services handled by the company.

 

Project Policy

• Refunds are not allowed if the project development has reached testing stage.
• Ghosting or failure to reply on company’s message during project development is considered abandoned.

 

Hosting and Deployment Policy

• If the cloud service hosting is under the company’s umbrella. The following terms and conditions applied:
• Ghosting (message has been read but ignored to respond) or failure to reply on company message regarding billings on cloud services within given timeframe is considered terminated.
• Failure to use the deployed project more than 6 months is also considered terminated. The hosting of deployed products on cloud services is no longer renewed.

 

Privacy Policy

• Our company respects clients’ privacy. Any personal information, secrecies, or sensitive data disclosed by the clients to the company will remain classified. We do not disclose or sell data to third parties or individuals.
• The company has the right to reject or refuse clients if we found their competitors has an ongoing transaction with the company.
